The 41st annual Avalon Garden Club Flower Show, “Designed By Nature” will be held Saturday, June 7 at Avalon Community Hall, at 3001 Avalon Ave., Avalon, NJ. The show will be open to the public from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. – admission is free. Donations are welcome to benefit our club’s beautification projects.

The exhibits will be judged by the attending public as “people’s choice” between the hours of 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. There will be 7 “Artistic Design Awards” and 13 “Horticulture Awards”. All attending public, including children will be presented with 20 pennies so everyone can have fun voting. There will be an award ceremony at 2 p.m. at which time the winners will be announced by Avalon Mayor John McCorristin.

The club will also sell raffle tickets to win one of the many beautiful hanging plants and patio pots. All proceeds from the raffle will also benefit our club’s beautification projects.
